Mentor Program Mission Statement
"Remember my commandments and teach them to your children.  Talk about them when you are at home or away, when you are resting and when you are working."- Deuteronomy 11:18 & 19

The Eden Mennonite Church Mentoring Program is in place to facilitate positive relationships between adults and youth. The Mentoring Program Committee consists of three elected people help to establish, equip, educate and evaluate the mentoring relationships of the church. The mentor relationships are a way for youth to be encouraged and nurtured in their faith journey by an adult other than a parent. Through this type of relationship we pray that trust can be established and the love of Christ can be shared and sustained in the lives of youth.
